1. Why am I not loosing MORE weight? How do I calculate my loss
2. What should I do if I want to loose at a faster rate than I am if I’m doing everything right already?
3. Why has my weight loss stalled?
4. Why do I have to do a plateau breaker and/or more than once?
5. Why can’t I have veggies that are not on the program?
6 If I go off the program for a couple of days will that really hurt me?
7. Can I drink once and a while on the program?
8. Why is this program so restrictive? Is this a starvation diet?
9. Do I have to eat all the calories on the loading days? I am so full.
10. Why are my results not like the people in the posters and online?
11. Will my medications effect my results?
12. I am vegan and you have no protein options? What if I don’t want to eat protein powder.
13. How do I stick to this program if I travel and have a busy life?
14. How can I eat out on this program and what do I say to handle that?

16. My significant other is not supportive and I have trouble eating differently, I’m really struggling. What should I do?

38. They always ask about certain products that are advertised as “fat free” and “sugar free.” They expect a breakdown and an understanding of why it’s unapproved if it “fits the criteria”.
